Annual Meeting Deadlines
Below is a listing of annual meeting deadlines and important dates:
Abstract Release Form Deadline:
(Tuesday 15 June, 2010 - Past)
For first/sole authors only: This is the date when the Abstract Release
agreement is due. (See 'Agreements' in
your status)
AV Recording Agreement Deadline:
(Tuesday 15 June, 2010 - Past)
For first/sole authors only: This is the date when the Audio-Visual Recording agreement is due. (See 'Agreements' in
your status)
Abstract Book Deadline:
(Tuesday 15 June, 2010 - Past)
For presenters: To be included in the book "Abstracts from the 2010 Annual Meeting of IADMS" which will be distributed to all delegates at the meeting, you must email your revised abstract to AbstractBook@iadms.org.

Membership Cutoff Date:
(Sunday 1 August, 2010 - Past)
New memberships to IADMS must be established by this date to take advantage of
members only annual meeting
registration fees.
Presenter Registration Deadline:
(Wednesday 25 August, 2010 - Past)
For Presenters Only: Presenters have until this date to
register in order to take advantage of presenter discount on annual meeting
registration fees.
Presenter discounts will not apply after this deadline.
Early Registration Deadline:
Wednesday 15 September, 2010 - Due in 7 days
The early registration discount (35£) is available up to this date. After this date, full applicable
registration fees
will apply.
Cancellation Deadline:
Thursday 30 September, 2010
Cancellation requests are honored ONLY up to this date. See
cancellation notification for more information.
Audio-Visual Deadline:
Friday 15 October, 2010
For Presenters Only: For presentations where Audio-Visual support is available, all
AV requests
must be submitted by this date.
