Instructions


Below is the list of instructions on how to complete the necessary presenter/authors agreements.

  1. Go to your status
  2. Login
    • For IADMS members you will need to use your username and password that you use to gain access to the IADMS website.
      (If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please review the directions on IADMS login)
    • For non-members, you will need to use your first and last name.
  3. Expand the agreement section of your status by clicking on the '+' button next to the word 'Agreements'
  4. Click the '+' button next to the 'Abstract Release', review the agreement, then check the "Yes, I Agree" box, and then click 'Save'
  5. Click the '+' button next to the 'AV Recording Agreement', review the agreement, and select an answer

Depending on what presentations you are making, there may be additional agreements displayed. You may complete these agreements exactly the same as the ones above. If you do not provide the agreements to these additional agreements, you will be prompted to do so at the time you register for the annual meeting.
