Introduction
This process is used to register for the
21st Annual IADMS Meeting in
Washington, DC USA. You will be guided through several steps that outline the different options
available and allow you to select which ones you want.
Please Note: It is very important that you read each step of this
registration process carefully. Full details and specific instructions are
provided along the way which can help you avoid registration problems and
delays.
This registration process is to be used by everyone who wishes to attend. If you
are entitled to any kind of special discounts, you will see these discounts
displayed during the registration process.
Needed Materials
Before beginning with this registration, you should have the following
information available:
- For members of IADMS, you will need your login information that you use to gain
access to the IADMS website (user name and password)
- For those seeking Continuing Education Credits (MD, PT, ATC, etc.), you will need your Professional
License/Certification Number
- Valid Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover)
If you will be presenting during the Annual Meeting or any SIG day you
will also need the following:
- AV support needs for your presentation (This does not apply to posters, movement
sessions, or opening/closing remarks)
- Information regarding financial disclosures and/or conflict of interests (This
applies to ALL presenters)
Registration
This registration process will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Since
your registration choices are not saved until you complete the process, it is
recommended that you plan on completing the registration process once you start.
